San Rafael, CA – Woman Injured in Crash with Train on N San Pedro Rd
San Rafael, CA (September 18, 2020) – A vehicle collision reported in the San Rafael area left one woman injured on Thursday afternoon. Just before 4 p.m., on September 17, the San Rafael Police and Fire Departments responded to the scene of an auto accident on North San Pedro Road.
Reports provided by authorities show that a woman was driving a silver sedan on North San Pedro Road near the intersection with Los Ranchitos Road when her vehicle was struck by a train.
The female driver, and sole occupant of the vehicle, was injured in the accident. The woman was rendered aid at the scene and transported to an area hospital for further assistance. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
