Sacramento, CA – One Injured in Crash on I-5 Freeway (West Side Freeway)
Sacramento, CA (October 1, 2020) – An automobile accident reported in the Sacramento area left one person injured and resulted in traffic delays throughout the area. Just after 7:20 a.m., on September 29, the California Highway Patrol responded to the site of a crash on Interstate 5 Freeway.
Reports from authorities show that a black Nissan Sentra and a white Chevrolet Silverado were involved in an accident on the Interstate 5 Freeway near the on-ramp for Cosumnes River Boulevard.
One person involved in this accident was injured. The victim was transported to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center for the treatment of injuries. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the crash are under investigation by troopers with the California Highway Patrol.
