Lodi, CA – Truck Crash on I-5 (West Side Freeway) Results in Injuries
Lodi, CA (September 25, 2020) – A vehicle collision reported on Wednesday morning resulted in injuries in the Lodi area. At approximately 5:50 a.m., on September 23, the California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 5.
Reports show that a crash involving two small vehicles were struck by a big rig on the West Side Freeway near the State Route 12 off-ramp.
The crash left one person injured. Medical personnel responded to the scene of the accident and began to render aid to the injured victim immediately before transporting them to an area hospital for further care.
CHP troopers worked to clear the scene and restore the flow of traffic. At this time, investigations surrounding the accident are ongoing.
